TemplateNest respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on everestcharityorg.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

Send all DMCA notices to our designated agent at hello@templatenest.io with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We will respond promptly and may remove infringing content.
