Cancellation Policy

Last reviewed

Before your order is dispatched you can cancel it for any reason, at no cost, and we will refund you in full. After dispatch, cancellation becomes a return — the goods have to come back. There is no cancellation fee at any stage, and there never will be.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email tendora@gmail.com with your order ID (it begins TRN) and the word “cancel” in the subject line. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier, we stop it and refund you in full — goods and delivery charge both.

You do not need a reason, and we will not ask for one or try to talk you out of it. There is no cancellation fee, no restocking charge, and no deduction of any kind.

Practically, orders are dispatched within one working day, so cancellation requests sent the same day almost always succeed. If yours arrives a few minutes too late, we will tell you immediately and treat it under the next section.

Cancelling after dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier, we cannot recall it. Your order is no longer cancellable — it is returnable, which gets you to the same place by a slightly longer route.

You have two options, both of which end in a full refund of the goods:

  1. Refuse the delivery. Tell the courier you do not want it. The parcel comes back to us unopened. See the next section.
  2. Accept it and return it. Follow the Return & Refund Policy. You have 7 days from delivery.

Because the contract is formed when we send the dispatch email — see section 2 of our Terms & Conditions — anything after that point is governed by your return rights rather than by cancellation.

Refusing delivery

Refusing a parcel at the door is a legitimate way to cancel, and we will not penalise you for it. The goods are refunded in full once the parcel is back with us.

The original delivery charge is not refunded when you refuse a correctly addressed, correctly packed parcel: the courier made the journey and has been paid for it. If the parcel was wrong, damaged, or late beyond our stated worst case, you get everything back including delivery.

Please tell us you have refused a delivery. A refused parcel can take two weeks to find its way back through the courier network, and we would rather start your refund from your email than from its eventual arrival.

When we cancel your order

We may cancel an order before dispatch in a small number of situations:

  • The item is out of stock. Stock counts are correct as at the last build of the page and occasionally lag reality. We tell you within one working day and refund in full.
  • The price was obviously wrong. An evident pricing error — a jacket at ₹9 rather than ₹900 — is not a contract. We will offer the item at the correct price and refund you in full if you decline. See section 3 of the Terms.
  • We cannot deliver to your PIN code. Full refund, told within one working day.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud — for example, a delivery address and payment method with no connection. We will tell you what we need to release the order.

In every case you are refunded in full, including the delivery charge, and we tell you the reason. We do not cancel orders silently.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the cancellation being confirmed, or of a refused parcel reaching us. Your bank adds its own processing time. The mechanics are the same as for returns, and are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
