How much does delivery cost?
₹49 flat, and free on orders of ₹499 or more. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Full detail on the

How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within one working day. Transit is typically 2–3 working days to metro cities and 4–6 elsewhere in India. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at present. We deliver to any PIN code in India that our courier partners serve.
Tracking says delivered, but I have nothing. What now?
Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We request proof of delivery from the courier, and if they cannot produce it we replace the order or refund you in full. Chasing the courier is our job, not yours.
How long do I have to return something?
7 days from delivery, for any reason. Faulty goods are not limited to that window — your statutory rights run much longer. See the

Who pays for return postage?
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged, wrong, or not as described. You do, if you simply changed your mind or it does not fit. Either way you get the cost of the goods back.
When will my refund appear?
We issue it within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Your bank then takes 3–7 working days for a card, usually less for UPI. Refunds go back to the original payment method; we cannot send a card refund to a different card.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, free of charge, any time before dispatch — email us with your order ID. After dispatch it becomes a return. There is no cancellation fee at any stage. See the

Do you offer exchanges?
Not as a single transaction — it delays your refund. Return for a refund and reorder the size you want. Ask us and we will hold your size for 5 working days while the return is in transit.
How do I know what size to order?
Use the flat measurements on the product page rather than the size label. Size labels are not standardised between brands. Where our returns data shows an item runs small or large, the product page says so.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We stock and dispatch every item ourselves — this is not a marketplace with third-party sellers. Where a product is made by another brand, that brand is named on the product page.
The colour looks different from the photograph.
Colour reproduction varies between screens. We photograph in neutral light and do not retouch colour, but we cannot promise the exact shade. If it is not what you expected, return it within 7 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery where offered. Cash on delivery carries no extra fee.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Your card number, CVV and UPI PIN never pass through, and are never stored on, a Trendora server.
Why does this site show ads, and do they track me?
Ads served by Google AdSense help fund the buying guides and product research on this site. They appear only on content pages — never on the cart, checkout, order confirmation, search results, or any policy page. Google sets cookies to serve them; you can turn off personalised advertising in

How do I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
