What delivery costs

The charge is calculated on the order value after any discount, and is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no surcharges added afterwards — no fuel levy, no handling fee, no “convenience” charge.
Cash on delivery, where offered, carries no additional fee.
How long it takes
Two separate clocks, and it helps to keep them apart. Dispatch time is how long we take to pack your order and hand it to the courier. Transit time is how long the courier then takes.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. These are estimates based on courier performance, not guarantees — see section 9 of our Terms & Conditions. If an estimate slips badly, we would rather tell you than let you refresh a tracking page.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India, to any PIN code our courier partners serve. We do not currently ship internationally.
A small number of remote PIN codes are not serviceable. If yours is one of them, we will tell you within one working day of your order and refund you in full — we will not leave the order sitting unfulfilled while you wonder.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is handed to the courier we email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. That email is also the moment the sales contract is formed — see section 2 of our Terms & Conditions.
Tracking usually goes live a few hours after dispatch, once the courier scans the parcel into their network. A tracking number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal and is not a lost parcel.
When something goes wrong
The parcel has not arrived and tracking has not moved for 3 working days
Contact us. Do not spend your time on the courier’s helpline — chasing them is our job, not yours. We open a trace with the courier the same working day.
The tracking says “delivered” but nothing arrived
Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will request proof of delivery from the courier, and if they cannot produce it we will replace the order or refund you in full. We do not ask you to file a police report first.
The parcel arrived damaged
Photograph the packaging before you unpack any further, and email us the photographs the same day. Damage in transit is our loss to absorb, not yours. We will send a replacement or refund you, at your choice, and we will not ask you to return the damaged goods at your own expense.
The wrong item arrived
Email us. We will send a prepaid return label for the wrong item and dispatch the correct one immediately — we do not wait for the wrong item to reach us first.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as you enter it. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: we can usually correct it before dispatch, and we will always try.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or nobody was available across three delivery attempts, we will refund the value of the goods. In that situation the original delivery charge is not refunded, because the courier has already been paid to make the journey. If the address error was ours, you get everything back.
